He began his career at Colliers International as a leasing broker, where he developed a strong foundation in market analysis, deal execution, and client relationships.

In 2000, he joined Sealy & Company and went on to work across construction, development, capital markets, and investment analysis. Over time, he held several leadership roles, including Chief Capital Markets Officer, before moving into corporate strategy. Today, he focuses on long-term planning, cross-functional alignment, and evaluating strategic opportunities across the firm.

Raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, Sealy grew up in a family with deep ties to the real estate industry, which shaped his early perspective on business and work ethic. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in economics.

Outside of work, he is actively involved in community and conservation efforts, supporting organisations such as the Momentous Institute, Habitat for Humanity, and United Way.
